Working for Lend Lease, one of the world’s leading property and infrastructure companies, CSA have completed ecological inputs associated with plans for a substantial mixed use development in Deptford. Proposals include 10,413 square metres of non-residential floorspace and up to 1132 residential units in buildings ranging from 3 to 24 storeys in height. A hybrid planning application, with associated Environmental Statement, was submitted to Lewisham Council in May 2015.
