A scheme for 365 new homes, a care home and employment area in Marston Moretaine, Bedfordshire has received outline planning consent. Working on behalf of Hallam Land Management, CSA provided urban design and landscape services. A Masterplanning Workshop was held with local stakeholders in the summer of 2014 to discuss a range of urban design issues, including the location of the new homes and open spaces, and the importance of creating an integrated development. The feedback received at the Workshop event was used to shape the design proposals prior to submission to Central Bedfordshire Council, whose planning committee approved the application.
