With the completion of the landscaped site frontage, sales area and show complex at the Westhill site in Kettering, homes have gone on sale and are proving very popular. The development of around 750 homes, was granted outline planning approval back in 2006 based on the masterplan produced by CSA and since then, we have been working with the developer for Phase 1, Kier Living, to install the landscape works associated with the first phase of the large Country Park that forms the keynote public space for the site.
