Planning consent has been granted for the development of 24 dwellings, associated landscaping and public open space at Fishbourne, near Chichester. Working on behalf of Taylor Wimpey Southern Counties, CSA provided landscape and ecological services.
Careful landscape and ecological design helped to maximise the developable area, whilst retaining key wildlife corridors around the site. Early engagement with the Local Planning Authority and local conservation groups facilitated the timely agreement of reptile mitigation measures, allowing reptiles to be relocated to a local nature reserve where habitat enhancement measures have been funded by Taylor Wimpey.
