CSA’s landscape team have been working closely with Taylor Wimpey South West Thames to bring forward the redevelopment of the former mental hospital at Leybourne Grange, Kent. The development sits within a verdant parkland setting which includes approximately 22 hectares of open space, containing a walled garden, meadows, children’s play areas and sports pitches. When complete the development will provide over 600 new homes.
