A reserved matters application has been prepared by CSA’s landscape team for the landscape and recreational infrastructure associated with the redevelopment of the former Severalls Hospital in Colchester. The site, which is listed on the Register of Historic Parks and Gardens, is heavily wooded and contains several listed buildings. The redevelopment is being led by Bellway Homes, Bloor Homes and Taylor Wimpey.
