Following several months of detailed negotiations with the local planning authority, planning permission has been granted for a 600 unit reserved matters application on the North-West Horley Regeneration Area for a consortium consisting of Crest Nicholson, Persimmon Homes and Taylor Wimpey UK Ltd. The development, where CSA provided detailed hard and soft landscape proposals, had stalled for many years following the grant of outline permission, but now benefits from full planning permission for the first phase of development.
