An exciting new development of 535 dwelling at Southam in Warwickshire has received a resolution to grant outline planning permission. CSA worked on behalf of their client Hallam Land Management to provide urban design, landscape and ecology advice. The new homes will be supported by a new local shop, a community hall and playing fields, delivering much needed facilities to a part of the town which lacks a community focal point.
