South Oxfordshire District Council has resolved to approve an outline planning application for a new mixed-use neighbourhood at Didcot in Oxfordshire. CSA worked on behalf of their client the North East Didcot Partnership (comprising the University of Reading and Croudace) to provide masterplanning and landscape advice. In addition to the 1,880 dwellings, there is provision for a secondary school, two primary schools, a sports centre, new shops, a community centre and a range of public open spaces which include a new nature park and sports pitches.
