LinkedIn

Acting on behalf of Taylor Wimpey East Anglia, CSA Environmental are pleased to have received the first certificate for a Biodiversity Mitigation Method Statement as part of an innovative pilot project from Suffolk Biodiversity Information Service.

The project aims to streamline the planning process for low impact developments by screening mitigation proposals prior to the final submission of a planning application.

At our client’s Site in Mid-Suffolk, having found our mitigation proposals to be acceptable a Certificate for a Biodiversity Mitigation Method Statement has been issued. Its implementation will be a condition of any planning approval, removing the risk of refusal and subsequent delays on ecological grounds.
