CSA’s Urban Designers, Landscape Architects and Heritage consultants have been working closely with Clarendon Road Developments Ltd on the redevelopment of 37 to 39 Clarendon Road, Watford. The landmark scheme, which has recently been submitted for planning, provides over 120,000 sq ft of high quality space in a 8 storey building,  154 Apartments in a 23 storey tower, a cafe and gym. The development also includes a series of contemporary sky gardens which will provide panoramic views over the town and valuable amenity space for residents and office workers.
