Forest Heath District Council have just granted reserved matters approval for 125 new dwellings and associated public open space at Red Lodge in Suffolk for Barratt Homes. Having successfully assisted in obtaining outline planning approval for the Site back in 2016, CSA were retained to provide further help with the detailed landscape design proposals for the Site, providing a comprehensive package of hard and soft landscape plans submitted in support of the scheme. This difficult triangular shaped site presented a number of challenges to the design team and we are delighted to have assisted in securing the detailed permission.
