Following an extensive planning process, the planning committee at Waverley Borough Council have just voted in-favour of a resolution to grant reserved matters approval for 120 new dwellings and associated public open space at Crondall Lane, Farnham for Taylor Wimpey West London. Having been involved for many years with the site, gaining outline planning approval back in 2015, CSA worked closely with architects Cooper Baillie to develop a high-quality scheme that reflected the local vernacular and proximity to the conservation area in the heart of historic Farnham, providing a comprehensive package of hard and soft landscape plans submitted in support of the scheme.
