Breckland District Council have resolved to grant outline planning permission for Taylor Wimpey’s new development for up to 62 new dwellings at East Dereham in Norfolk. The new homes will be accessed via Taylor Wimpey’s recently built development at Etling View. The form of the development was dictated by a number of factors, including the need to respect the presence of existing bungalows to the south, an area of flood risk to the north and a number of important trees along the eastern boundary.
