East Cambridgeshire District Council have resolved to grant outline planning permission for Bloor Homes Eastern’s 140 home development in the village of Isleham. In addition to the new homes, the proposals for the site include significant space for the extension of the adjacent village recreation ground, a new children’s play area and new SuDS features. The design of the site had to carefully consider how the new homes will respect the privacy of adjoining dwellings, create a welcoming gateway to the village and provide attractive aspects overlooking the adjacent recreation ground. CSA provided masterplanning and landscape services for the project.
