CSA were instrumental in discharging ecological planning conditions for the former Sutherland School Site in Trench. Our ecologists undertook assessments and then working alongside landscape consultants, we produced an Ecological Enhancements Plan including tree, shrub and wildflower planting and providing details and location of bird and bats boxes within the layout designs.
Another win for biodiversity alongside the delivery of new homes in the Telford area. This follows on from our work with them at Linwood Park, the latest Countryside Properties development located in the picturesque Shropshire town of Shifnal.
