For the past 5 years, CSA have been working with Kier Living to design and implement a large country park adjacent to a new housing development of some 700 homes on the western edge of Kettering. The proposals include a new linear park running through the heart of the development, connecting to the country park which lies alongside the busy A14 and provides a buffer to the housing and a place for residents to relax. The park was installed a few years ago and is now maturing really well, with young transplants emerging as stands of trees and the wildflower meadows fully established, attracting a vast array of butterflies and bees.
