For a number of years, CSA have been working on a site at Red Lodge in Suffolk, originally as masterplanners to secure an outline planning permission on behalf of a strategic land promoter, before our team of landscape architects were appointed by Barratt Homes to continue our involvement and assist in securing the reserved matters permission for the site, which contains 125 new dwellings, with associated open space and playground. The first homes are already complete and occupied, with construction well underway.
