The sales area garden at the prestigious Eden Grove development in Staines, West London for Berkeley Homes, was recently completed under the careful watching brief of our landscape architecture team. CSA have been working on the scheme for a number of years and the sales garden is conceived as a mini-version of the wider podium courtyard for the main site and is all about giving prospective buyers a ‘glimpse’ of things to come. Initial reaction from customers has been really positive and is helping to drive early sales.
