Our landscape architecture team recently undertook a planting audit at our site in Pease Pottage for Thakeham Homes. ‘Woodgate’ is a predominantly residential development in West Sussex, with a mix of contemporary and traditional homes, set around a beautiful wooded backdrop of ancient woodland, with a large village green at its heart. CSA have been working with Thakeham to develop detailed landscape proposals for Phase 3, 4 and 5 and the recent site visit showed things were looking really good.
