It is great to be part of the team looking to evolve the former JCP Car Park site at Eastbourne into places for people and nature.
Currently in planning submission: 101 units including a mix of 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments with 60 surface level car parking spaces.
CSA Environmental provided a Preliminary Ecological Appraisal (PEA) and a Bat Roost Assessment along with proposing the opportunities that redevelopment of the site presents for wildlife enhancements.
