Our dedicated ecology & landscape team have helped create a, now well-loved, 17ha SANG and enable approvals for a mixed-use development, that benefits residents, enhances the community, and supports the local area:
- Thoughtfully connected to the surrounding settlement, with walking routes throughout the SANG and on-site Open Space linking local paths & public rights of way.
- Access to on-site retail & health provision, along with sports facilities to serve both new and existing communities.
- 4x integrated play spaces to serve children aged 4 to 12, with a focus on natural play.
- 17Ha SANG designed with community and biodiversity in mind.
- Use of native woodland and thicket buffer planting will enhance habitats throughout the development and the SANG, helping to protect nearby woodland, marshland, and riverside corridors.
