The Government has confirmed it’s initial response to the New Towns Task Force Report, setting out 12 locations for the next generation of New Towns.
The location for the new towns are Leeds South Bank, Manchester Victoria North, Adlington, Tempsford, a ‘Renewed Town’ in Milton Keynes, Crews Hill, Chase Park, Thamesmead Waterfront, Marlcombe, densified development in Plymouth, Brabazon and the West Innovation Arc, Heyford Park and Worcestershire Parkway.
Collectively, these projects have the potential to deliver up to 300,000 homes nationwide, alongside the grey, green and blue infrastructure critical to support sustainable, healthy communities.
CSA Environmental is proud to already be working on a number of these vanguard new town schemes, including Worcestershire Parkway, Crews Hill, Chase Park and other strategic sites.
Our teams are providing professional strategic advice and technical support to developers and local authorities, helping to embed nature and sustainability at the heart of each project.
