Up to 140 new homes have been granted permission on appeal in Oakham, Rutland, with CSA providing masterplanning, ecology and landscape services. The scheme achieves 28% habitat net gain and 20% hedgerow net gain, alongside children’s play provision, ecological enhancement and improved active travel links.
