What looks like a quiet bit of water to most people is a whole world of information to an ecologist and that curiosity is something we actively develop. Graduate or experienced, everyone at CSA gets structured training and real fieldwork from the start.
This is from our ongoing field training, just one of several ways we invest in keeping our ecologists current and confident in their work. Great crested newts are a European protected species, so understanding their habitat, survey methods and licensing requirements isn’t just useful, it’s essential.
