Twenty years, two remarkable careers and a joint milestone with two of our team celebrating 20 years with us🎉.
Greg joined CSA back in August 2006 when the company was a still a very small landscape-led practice. Initially a senior landscape architect, he rapidly established himself in Ashwell alongside Clive, Chris and Silke (for those with longer memories!) and has been at the heart of CSA’s journey and growth ever since. Greg has co-ordinated and developed our landscape design work, including the multi-award-winning TTP Campus, and has become increasing involved in company management and business development. The last 20 years have seen a huge amount of change and Greg has been a constant throughout, playing an important part in the Company’s growth and success, most recently as one of our Board Directors.
Clare joined CSA in September 2006 as a fresh-faced ecologist, having completed an MSc at Reading and two conservation trainee posts in Herefordshire and Devon. Clare soon became a key member of the growing ecology team based in our Worcestershire Office and quickly rose through the ranks. In March 2015, Clare moved south and set about establishing our new Brighton Office. With her usual tenacity and dedication, Clare nurtured and developed the Brighton Team, giving CSA a much-needed presence in the south-east of the country. Highly regarded by those around her and with an enviable reputation with clients, Clare has been an important part of the CSA story for the last 20 years and an inspiration for many aspiring ecologists and leaders.
Both are now part of our management team, and have spent 20 years getting the right outcomes for our clients while helping build the company behind them. Thank you, Greg and Clare, for two decades each. Here’s to many more.
