CSA in the Community
At CSA, giving back is something the whole team shapes, not just the business. CSA in the Community is our framework for charitable giving and volunteering, and it now includes three strands: an annual charity donation, local charity support from each of our offices, and a new matched funding initiative for employee fundraising.
Our chosen charities
Each year, the team proposes charities that matter to them, and everyone votes to decide where our support goes. This year, three charities were selected to receive a donation from CSA:
Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) – a suicide prevention charity providing life-saving services and practical mental health support to anyone who needs it.
Wildlife Aid Foundation – rescues, treats, rehabilitates and releases thousands of British wild animals every year, giving help and hope to sick, injured and orphaned wildlife.
Dementia Adventure – an evidence-led, award-winning charity creating dementia-inclusive experiences that bring joy, confidence and connection.
Local charity support
Alongside our national donations, each of our offices has chosen a local charity to support with a donation and directly through hands-on team time. The full list will be announced soon.
Matched funding
We want to back our team’s own fundraising too. Through our Matched Funding Initiative, CSA employees can apply to have funds raised for a cause they care about matched by the company, subject to availability.
