Amanda joined CSA in May 2023 bringing experience from a similar role managing a country estate in Bedfordshire. CIPD and PRINCE2 qualified she is passionate about helping teams develop, identifying efficiencies, and creating effective ways of working that support business growth. Amanda particularly enjoys empowering colleagues to build their skills and confidence, while staying connected with industry best practice through networking and collaboration.
Outside work Amanda embraces new challenges and adventures, recently completing part of the Camino de Santiago in Spain, and is planning more long-distance walking routes. A keen advocate for fitness and wellbeing, Amanda has recently taken up open water swimming and women’s cricket.
