Lydia joined CSA in 2021 and is particularly interested in mammals, having specialised in mammal surveying during her MSc in Applied Ecology.
She has experience surveying for protected species, including reptiles, great crested newt, bat, dormouse, water vole and badger, and holds a Natural England Class Licence for great crested newts. Lydia is also a keen botanist and holds a Level 3 FISC qualification.
Lydia is experienced in producing Preliminary Ecological Appraisals and Ecological Impact Assessments, and has a good working knowledge of Biodiversity Net Gain and GIS applications. She is an Associate member of CIEEM.
