Michelle has worked at CSA since 2014, having already obtained ecological and industry experience elsewhere. She has extensive experience in undertaking ecological survey and assessment work and in designing mitigation solutions for a variety of projects
Michelle plays a key role in coordinating and overseeing ecological inputs for the Ashwell team. She also undertakes botanical surveys and a range of protected species surveys, including badger, water vole, otter and reptiles. Michelle holds survey licences for bats, dormouse and great crested newt. Michelle is a Full member of CIEEM.
