Ryan joined CSA’s Pershore ecology team in 2023, having completed an MSc in Applied Ecology from the University of Gloucestershire. Since starting at CSA, he has been gaining experience in surveying for protected species and producing plans and reports for Preliminary Ecological Appraisals, Ecological Impact Assessments and Biodiversity Net Gain Assessments. Ryan has a particular interest in ornithology and is developing his skills with breeding and wintering bird surveys.
