Sophie joined CSA in 2021, bringing four years of prior field experience.
She regularly carries out protected species and habitat surveys, Biodiversity Net Gain assessments, Ecological Impact Assessments and Habitats Regulations Assessments for a wide range of projects which vary in scale and nature. Sophie has achieved a FISC Level 3 qualification for her botanical skills and is an accredited River Condition Assessment surveyor. She holds a Level 1 Great Crested Newt Class Licence and is actively working towards her dormouse class licence. Sophie has particular interests in BNG, QGIS and riparian mammal surveys and mitigation and holds Associate membership of CIEEM.
