This will continue the role and advice provided to date over the last 7 years by the landscape team.

CSA have been providing continued professional landscape advice on behalf of Ebbsfleet Development Corporation on over 50 planning applications, helping to shape the new Ebbsfleet Garden City which will deliver up to 15,000 new homes in the south east of England. With our expert knowledge of both landscape planning and design, we have helped to ensure a high quality and range of landscape proposals is delivered. Our advice has included the review of strategic masterplans, the design and layout of new parks, village greens and green infrastructure corridors, and the detailed planting and hard landscape material selection for a wide range of proposed development schemes.
