CSA’s landscape design team revisited Eden Grove, recently to discuss the final stages of completion for this prestigious Berkeley Homes scheme in central Staines. It was great to see our design in full bloom, with residents already enjoying the spaces created.
The six individually designed apartment buildings are arranged around a verdant, publicly accessible courtyard – the heart of the scheme. This green space brings together generous areas for play and leisure, alongside the signature central water feature.
Now well established, the courtyard landscape is proving to be a high-quality, distinctive environment that not only supports community living, but also provides an attractive destination for residents and visitors alike.
