CSA’s urban design and landscape teams have helped to successfully secure a resolution to grant outline planning permission for 120 new homes in the Surrey town of Farnham on behalf of their client Taylor Wimpey. The application, which was approved by Waverley Borough Council’s Planning Committee, will also see the delivery of a substantial new area of public open space to mitigate the development’s impact on the nearby Thames Basin Heath SPA.
