CSA were commissioned to undertake a landscape appraisal of the site and prepare a layout for a residential-led development at Hayling Island in Hampshire. The masterplan accommodated 60 new homes and 0.25 hectares of commercial development and was submitted in support of an outline planning application, which was given consent by Havant Borough Council.
