Thanks to our Ecology & BNG team who supported our client Gladman in achieving outline planning permission for this development of up to 75 new homes, including 30% affordable housing, alongside public open space, landscaping, a children’s play area and sustainable drainage.
CSA Environmental provided habitat and protected species surveys, Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) assessment, and advice for the Habitats Regulations Assessment.
The scheme delivers new hedgerow, scrub and wildflower grassland planting, swift bricks, bat boxes and bee bricks integrated into buildings, alongside log piles to support reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates.
