We’re excited to announce that Braintree District Council’s Planning Committee has resolved to grant outline planning permission for Gladman’s proposals for land north of Maldon Road, Hatfield Peverel. This development will provide up to 103 new homes, including 40% affordable housing, helping to meet local housing needs.
The scheme will be set within an attractive network of green spaces, incorporating a new children’s play area, an off-lead dog walking zone, orchard and wildlife ponds, and a series of recreational routes complemented by enhanced landscaping.
These proposals follow a previous outline permission for up to 110 dwellings (ref: 20/01264/OUT) and have been carefully refined in response to feedback from Braintree District Council.
