Brox Meadows, is a very special multi-functional landscape loved by locals and now handed over by Vistry to The Land Trust and Surrey Wildlife Trust.
CSA were the appointed Landscape Architect responsible for the design of the Hard and Soft Landscape Proposals for the residential Site that included the creation of a SANG (Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace).
Created from an area of existing woodland (overrun with Rhododendron) and retained open paddocks. The site is maturing really nicely and a pleasure to walk around, being extremely well-used by locals.
