Construction is now well under-way at the new housing development of 68 homes for Taylor Wimpey on the edge of Shottery in Stratford-upon-Avon. Forming part of a wider housing allocation, the site was brought-forward early and provides much needed housing. CSA’s landscape team were instrumental in delivering the over-arching landscape framework for the Site, which included new areas of open space, play and the incorporation of drainage attenuation features (SUDS) to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.
